Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Verbal quotes are indicative only until confirmed in writing.

Work

All work is carried out to current UK Building Regulations and NFRC best-practice guidance. Any variations to a fixed-price quote will be agreed in writing before proceeding.

Payment

Repairs under £500 are payable on completion. Larger jobs may require a materials deposit, with balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer, card and cash.

Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed. Repairs carry a 12-month guarantee; full re-roofs carry a 10-year insurance-backed workmanship guarantee (details on request).

Cancellation

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, waived only if you expressly request work begins within that period.
